At ONORA RING, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a refund.

To qualify for a full refund, the item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in its original condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging

If these conditions are met, you are eligible for a full refund.


How to Request a Refund

  1. Email our support team at hello@onoraring.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide detailed return instructions.

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product was defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

In these cases, ONORA RING will cover the return shipping costs.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photo or video evidence to assess the issue. Once confirmed, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or free items

  • Products marked as final sale (unless defective)


Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to ensure successful delivery.

ONORA RING is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Customer unavailability at the delivery address

  • Failure to collect the package from the carrier

  • Refusal of delivery

If a shipment is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, we may:

  • Offer to reship the item (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • Issue a refund excluding original shipping costs

We strongly recommend verifying your shipping details and monitoring your tracking information.


Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
